It's very easy to use, even with your phone. I have found this app to be great. It is so easy to use that I don't need to spend much time training my colleagues to use it. Some of our users are not tech-savvy and find it difficult to understand how to use the apps. But after some initial training from myself or someone in my team, they pick up very quickly and start using the application without any problems. The only problem we have had was when there were issues with the website being down. We needed to have a back-up solution in case of any such incidents. This came in handy because this enabled our customers to get in touch with us easily.
