This tester is too low voltage, do not purchase until the problem is resolved. famous old but good battery) When Allsun was connected it showed over voltage which shocked me as it used new charger so I tested the battery with other testers and there was a big voltage difference so I repeated it with different batteries . and ordered a replacement (and a different brand). The test was run again with the same results. So my charger is ok, the tester is off. Allsun's voltage was off by at least 3/10 volts, which is approximately 2.3% of 13 volts. Most readings were rejected with almost 4/10 or higher, which is more than 3%. Unacceptable as the free tester was rejected from 1/2 to 3/4 percent. Other testers used a Craftsman multimeter, a dot on a Cheapo (HF) tester, an Auto Xray 6000 error of a few hundredths, a dot on a KONNWEI KW510, a few hundredths error, but was used last. and the battery lost power. These are not scientific results, but the same difference was obtained with 3 different batteries. The third was sent to a friend and he was gone too. The CCA results also differed by @20 between batteries, which isn't a big deal as it's not uncommon to get different results between testers, but the Allsun compares to 2 other testers showing relatively similar numbers , still off.
