I loved this hair mask. It was sent to me in an envelope and when I opened it a lot of product leaked into the envelope and the container was completely cracked. Very unfortunate considering it's an expensive product and I don't have a good way to store it now. It looks like some other customers have had shipping issues.

The packaging is nice, although the inside of the lid does get some condensation if I leave it in the shower like I do. I have thick, coarse, damaged hair that is naturally straight and devoid of moisture. The mask smells nice, it's very thick and easy to comb in the shower. Literally the ONLY hair mask that left my bleached hair silky smooth! I use it in place of a conditioner and can't recommend it highly enough! My ends were crispy and just plain dry no matter what I used! I have a second bath and I have no intention of ever stopping.

I was not impressed at all with this product. It's a small container, I was only able to apply 3 times, I have short and fine hair and this product didn't work that well. I think I was expecting that for the price they are charging it would have a longer lasting effect on my hair but it wasn't the case. I will not buy again.

I have been buying Davines for about 6 years - this is not the right product. It smells like pond lime and my hair felt different when I rinsed it out and blow-dried it. It felt like I was using the air conditioning of a cheap hotel. The hair became dull and dry, and the smell lingered on the hair. I've used several Davines hair conditioner masks in the past and while each has their own subtle differences to my fine blonde hair, they've all been outstanding. It was a big disappointment!
