A lot of people I see on Amazon give a product 1 star just because the packaging was damaged and had a scratch or two on it. I disagree with some things buttttt here. The box arrived badly damaged. As if it had been dropped and pulled. The jack paint was chipped and frayed on the side where the most damage was in the box. However, this is not what I am looking at. If they wanted me to do a USPS inspection, I would, but this is an inspection of bushings, not a delivery service. These jacks are heavy, tall and very well built! After seeing the packaging, I carefully inspected the frame for dents or creases, and everything looked fine. Withstands my 3/4 ton ram despite all the scratches! And of course they will scratch and warp over time, which doesn't mean the paint adds extra strength. 10/10 product 3/10 delivery
