So these trays didn't work for my purposes as I had a small working freezer that I wanted to make cubes in. The problem was that I needed a tray or something underneath so I didn't spill water. I think if you had them in your freezer you could use a jug to fill them up and that would be fine, but at work I don't have that option. In fact, the seller emailed me and when they realized I wasn't completely satisfied, they gave me a full refund. I really appreciated it. After sale customer service is very important and these guys did a great job!
