Review on Enhance Safety and Convenience with AXXESS Mazda Backup Camera Retain/Add-On 2007-Up by Brian Young

I got this to work using my factory wiring although this item comes without instructions. I didn't get the 6v buck and it still works, but I had to connect the wire to the stock wiring harness so the aftermarket unit could detect when the car was going in reverse. The image quality is miserable compared to the factory head unit. At night it's almost useless. I don't know if the camera goes into night mode or if the problem is that I didn't use the 6V pull down. If anyone has any advice, I'd love to hear it.
