Review: Recently, I attempted to purchase at LONABR, a business that specializes in high-quality pet supplies and travel accessories for dogs, and I must admit that I was utterly let down. The quality and functionality of their goods simply do not live up to the hype, even though they may appear fantastic on their website. First of all, I thought their prices were excessively expensive considering the caliber of the goods. A canine carrier I bought turned out to be flimsy and uncomfortable for my pet despite looking fantastic on the website. In addition, the container began to disintegrate after only a few uses, which was a major letdown. I also had problems with LONABR's subpar customer support. They took a while to reply when I contacted them about the carrier breaking, and they offered no assistance in coming up with a fix. The fact that it seemed like they didn't care about my client experience disappointed and frustrated me. Overall, I would advise against buying your pet supplies and trip necessities at LONABR. The expensive prices and subpar quality, along with the unsatisfactory customer care, make for an unsatisfying experience. I advise shopping around for better products at more affordable rates.
