Review on 🔥 K&N Engine Air Filter: High Performance, Premium, Washable, Replacement Filter for 2016-2020 HYUNDAI/KIA (Tucson, Sportage) by Anthony Arcos

I have used K&N air filters in my cars for many years. The reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is because I think the claims made by K&N are exaggerated. These filters are of good quality, easy to install, maintain and of course never need to be replaced. However, I have NEVER experienced better fuel economy and acceleration from ANY car I have installed them in. I think the reason for this is that in modern cars throttle, acceleration and many other functions are controlled entirely by the car computer (or ECM/ECU). Because the car's operating parameters are set at the factory, it doesn't matter which air filter you use when it comes to fuel economy, throttle response and acceleration. As long as your air filter is clean and in good condition, your car will perform as it should, regardless of the brand you use. I think K&N filters only improve acceleration and fuel economy in older non-ECM cars, where the amount of air entering the engine actually helps the car 'breathe' better and therefore run better. Engine oil, oil filters, coolant, tires, brakes and suspension continue to affect the performance, safety and durability of modern vehicles. In summary, I continue to use K&N filters because they are high quality filters that never need to be replaced and are easy to maintain, but I certainly don't expect miracles from them. Please understand that this is just my opinion, it is 100% based on my subjective experience with these filters on all my vehicles. As always, each individual's experience will be different and unique.
