I really liked the look of this lantern. I installed it on the back deck next to the door. I wasn't particularly happy that it only stayed on for 20 seconds after motion was detected and that the time couldn't be adjusted. This leaves the woman hardly any time to get her keys out of her handbag. The big problem was that after 10 days it just stopped working. I went on deck and waved my arms like crazy, but nothing happened. I used new batteries so this may not be a problem. Unfortunately I am returning.
