Pros: Easy installation, perfect height, extra padding Cons: None. I bought these along with a new toilet seat to ensure the seat would sit flat when my bidet was installed under the seat. They came with four spacers to further increase the height of the bumpers, although I didn't have to use them. Installing them was a simple task; Simply peel off the bottom of the seat, remove the adhesive backing and stick under the seat. They were the perfect height for my seat to sit flat over the bidet so I didn't need the spacers that were provided, but spacers are a must nice bonus if you need them. I honestly didn't even know they came with them when I bought them. My toilet seat also only had two front bumpers, so it was a pleasure to install four new ones and fully support the seat. I've seen several reviews on this seat that the seat has cracked due to stress and I'm glad I don't have to worry about that now. Overall I am very happy with these bumpers. They arrived very quickly (contrary to other reviews I've read here) and were quick and easy to install. Definitely recommend, especially for installing a bidet under the seat. =
