I've been shooting professionally with Canon for 14 years and I switched to mirrorless cameras for fun. This camera was to become my hobby camera and I was very disappointed in its overall performance. The screen is useless and it's better not to move at all, not to mention that it drains the battery insanely fast. % Battery drops by min. I was fully charged, playing around with the menus and settings, and it's already down to 70%. Image quality is ok. The choice of lenses is poor and the price is too high. The grip and overall feel of the camera was poor, even with the Sony protective case that I bought to go with it. The video recording button is positioned so awkwardly that you can hardly press it. Honestly, this is a snazzy camera. But with poor battery life, poor grip, and average image quality, it's difficult to spend that kind of money on a camera. The only benefit was the video autofocus, which I'll be sacrificing by switching to the Canon 77d for video, which has dual pixel autofocus.
