Review on niceinsight by David Lesperance

The best part about NICE insight was its ability for me as an analyst, or even just someone who wants some data analysis work done at home (or in my office), it really helped organize all this information into one place so I could see what works well with whom! There are not many downsides but sometimes you need more than 1 column per row which makes things look messy when printed out nicely like they do here :) It has been very helpful organizing our client relationships by showing us where there needs improvement compared against competitors - we've also had success using insights from other sources such as competitor research etc.,.
