Review on πŸŽ’ Olive Drab Condor Venture Pack by Kristen Pack

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is quality equipment.

first impression: excellent. Haven't hit that cancer yet so let that color this review but I've been messing around with military gear most of my life. This is IS military equipment. Thick material, good stitching and good fit. Will he survive the fight? Unknown but seems to work as well as anything I (Navy) have ever produced. When he puts it on, he feels comfortable. I'm 6ft-1in / 190-200lbs tall and it feels natural. It sits comfortably high on the shoulders where it should be. The waist belt runs right at the belly button, so depending on your configuration, attaching a waist pack should be easy and convenient. The department is very good. The drinking zone is generous. The kangaroo zone is a handy feature for quick access to items and the buckles are as good as anything I got and all the zippers work. for a small premium. That's fine because you don't want to overload yourself. NEVER (except ammo), and it's not a HUGE load. As a fan of the new modular sleep system, I plan to fuck this horseshoe-wrapped exterior (bags, bivouac, poncho, and maybe a tarp) around the top of the pack, much like the old USMC field transport setup. This leaves plenty of interior space for your essentials and can be easily attached with MOLLE points and straps without restricting access. Haven't tested it in the field yet, I'm only rating it 4 stars, but I can't see anything but excellence in this cancer. The time will show. Definitely, this is the best backpack on the market for carrying light to medium loads.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • not bad, but...
