I ordered 3 pieces, two were with a wedding - a factory wedding.
The quality control of these fans is very poor considering the premium fan's high price. Of the three I received, two had loose/flexible motors in the fan housing. It appears to be a manufacturing defect where they overtighten the nut on the motor shaft and strip the nut at the factory. (see photo) Before installation, be sure to check the motor for play! I thought it was funny that the QC sticker is right next to the misplaced main nut. The boxes I received were sealed from the factory, so this is not an Amazon issue.
