Review on 🎧 dreamGEAR Xbox 360 X-Talk Solo Wired Headset for Enhanced Gaming Experience by Debbie Calloway

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Much better than other headsets I've used before

Kinect set, headset with keyboard and unbranded generic afterglow headset. Everyone kept frustrating me with the wires in the headset getting loose and the mic not picking up sound, which isn't a big deal during the day when I can use the kinect mic, but tiring at night when I want to play quietly with my friends, who don't hear me with an ordinary inner voice. The earphones bothered me the most. If this headset had a speaker that I couldn't hear anything from, then it would be practically useless. I have hearing problems and not being able to communicate with those I play with, especially in games that require effective communication, is worthy of the rage that could bury the Statue of Liberty in fiery feces. didn't disappoint me very much. It exceeded my expectations because for the price I bet this thing would break within a day or two of receiving it. And so without further ado: Pros: - Not only does the mic pick up what I say, pronouncing every vowel clearly, sipping tea and flatbread with Madame LeFlour, it also picks up every halfway imaginary curse I utter softly without coming . on the verge of eating the mic like I should have with the crappy keyboard shortcut. I could play several games without raising my voice, even whispering. The only "negative" side of this was that my friend could also hear it when people walked into a room and were talking, but that didn't seem to be a problem. I heard no complaints about everything being too loud, and there didn't seem to be any feedback when I heard repeats of my voice messages. - Other microphones I've been offered cost $25 or more, not including shipping. This was relatively cheap but retained its durability. I can really hear what the other person is saying. It's easy to hear every word my friends have said for the past week, both in in-game chat and party chat, without complaining about the volume. "It doesn't look like the metal wire it's made of. um The mic arm (from listener to listener) is made of toothpaste and Elmer's glue. I feel like I can bend it back and forth without worrying that it might fall apart at any moment. Cons: - After a while my ear hurts from the earphone but to be honest I played like an amateur. From 2 p.m. to 3 a.m., i.e. after 12 hours of playing time without losing weight. The part that connects to the controller is shaped in such a way that it cannot be inserted when the keyboard is already connected to the controller. It doesn't matter much though, because I have a damn mic that lets me call people "Asperger's Galavan Clowns" instead of typing out every methodical, dotted insult on a tiny keyboard. Conclusion: I really like this headset and not only have I recommended it to a friend who is having mic issues, I might buy him one in the future. Also, my package arrived two days early, which is great. awesome
