Good smell, spotty hair

I have had surgery and a back injury in the last five weeks and have not been able to bend down to shave. After reading many reviews about this and other products, I decided on this one. I followed the instructions exactly. I left it for ten minutes. I had patchy patches of hair and no hair. It doesn't smell bad. But I do not recommend this product.
