Overall really good mats that fit very well. The plastic is quite thick and has a slightly rubberized finish that gives some grip. The rims are nice and high to keep liquids in place, but not too high so they don't get in the way. I had no issues with the mats getting in the way of the rider's pedals, and the dead pedal is fully covered to protect that part of the carpet. First I removed the stock floor mats and they fit fine. The fit is snug so there is no noticeable movement under normal conditions. I was a little concerned when I first received the mats as they were badly bent from being folded for shipping (as shown in the photos) but after gentle heating with a heat gun they mostly came back to their intended shape. In some places I had to warm up a bit more to get back into shape.
