I was a bit disappointed to find a few things. 1) I had to buy a smart home hub so it could communicate with Alexa and my WiFi. 2) It doesn't automatically lock when I close the door like it did on my Samsung. I think I just embraced it because why not, especially at this price point. It works well overall and unlike the Samsung lock I had, it has a key to use if the lock doesn't work. town (after a fourteen hour drive) when our Samsung lock failed and we had to go back and break into our own house to rescue the dog because the dog owner couldn't get into the house. So I bought these as a replacement and was mostly satisfied. The best part is that it has a backup key.
