Excellent! This bread pan has been a great purchase so far. I bought this to fit in my newly ordered portable oven for my car so I don't have to use aluminum foil. The shine remains very high even after washing (by hand). I accidentally burned/baked food in it and just soaked it in water and organic dish soap. It didn't even take my regular cleaning wipes to remove. The burnt food came off without a scratch. It looked like I pulled it out of the original box. I was really impressed! I'm considering ordering a few more! :-)
