Great versatile pans!

I ordered 3 pieces and they are great! Very strong, heavy and shiny. I haven't baked with them yet, but I've used them for breading meats, as well as marinating meats in liquid in the fridge. The plastic wrap adheres well to the pans, which to me means it's probably real stainless steel. I have a cheaper bowl set at home that doesn't stick to the same plastic packaging. I would buy more, but most likely there is no need as they will last a long time.

Good quality - bread molds

Well-made, sturdy baking trays. So shiny, new and beautiful you'll hate to bake with it! I'm just having fun; of course they should be used. They go in the dishwasher! I've used them a few times and my pastries came out nicely and evenly baked. If you are used to using aluminum molds, you may need to leave the quick bread in the oven for an additional 5 minutes. in these steel pans. But I'm glad I bought them. I like them so much that I also bought round and square baking tins. Made in India.

  • Very good value for money

Perfect! for molds

Excellent! This bread pan has been a great purchase so far. I bought this to fit in my newly ordered portable oven for my car so I don't have to use aluminum foil. The shine remains very high even after washing (by hand). I accidentally burned/baked food in it and just soaked it in water and organic dish soap. It didn't even take my regular cleaning wipes to remove. The burnt food came off without a scratch. It looked like I pulled it out of the original box. I was really impressed! I'mโ€ฆ

Buy it! I highly recommend it.

I use this to make banana bread and am trying to get rid of all the awkward aluminum bakeware I have as aluminum in general is horrible to swallow - and get it out of your cookware and into your food drains. I will say that for bread I've noticed that I have to cook food a hair's breadth longer to get the same consistency as when cooked (as opposed to, say, an aluminum bread pan), but I'm pretty sure it has so is - This is due to the heat convection ability of this metal compared to anotherโ€ฆ

Beautiful, durable, well made

I started baking and was having trouble re-rising my sourdough bread on the pizza stone. My dough stretches outward rather than upward, and I end up with short 3-inch loaves. Eventually I gave up and started using a bread pan and voila! The problem is solved. This Libertyware Steel Bread Pan is great - bright, shiny and very professional looking. Works great for baking. My only complaint is that it takes a little maintenance to maintain this beautiful look. I usually spray the loaf pan with aโ€ฆ

Wonderful pans! I love her!

Someone got me a stainless steel cake pan as a wedding present over 40 years ago, and while I've bought and thrown away countless other bread pans, cake pans and cookie cutters made of various metals and a whole 40 year history of non-stick coatings, this one Stainless steel cake pan is still used regularly in my kitchen and still looks great. It has never warped, wrinkled, rusted, discolored, pitted, or stained and, in my opinion, works better than any non-stick coating when cooking your panโ€ฆ

The RoadPro portable stove is ready to use!

I was looking for a stainless steel pot for my RoadPro portable stove. I think aluminum is an unhealthy choice for direct cooking. Also, the price of disposable aluminum pans increases over time, not to mention creating more waste in landfills. My search is finally over and I wanted to post this review to help others in their search for aluminum alternatives. Here is my experience with Libertyware pans. They are almost perfect for the RoadPro. The fit is such that you initially feel like theyโ€ฆ
