Review on 🍞 Durable Stainless Steel Loaf Pan: Bake with Confidence by Alicia Watts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The RoadPro portable stove is ready to use!

I was looking for a stainless steel pot for my RoadPro portable stove. I think aluminum is an unhealthy choice for direct cooking. Also, the price of disposable aluminum pans increases over time, not to mention creating more waste in landfills. My search is finally over and I wanted to post this review to help others in their search for aluminum alternatives. Here is my experience with Libertyware pans. They are almost perfect for the RoadPro. The fit is such that you initially feel like they sit a little higher, but that turns out to be nothing short of a positive. First, the slight extra height serves to press the pan firmly against the heated base of the oven, promoting better heat convection and faster, more even cooking. Second, instead of sticking your fingernail under the edges of the pot to pull it out of the split plate, you can just stick your fingers under it (using a paper towel as a hot pad) to remove the pot. . You will understand what I mean very quickly when you use it for the first time. I tried to post pictures showing the height of the pot as well as closing the stovetop. The lid fits snugly around the edges of the pots, but not so tight that I would expect it to do any harm to the stove at all. I would dare to even change the dimensions of this pan for use in the RoadPro stove. It works just fine! Also, plastic wrap is great for sealing pots in your fridge until ready to cook on when needed. The mirror polished finish of these pans creates a very sticky plastic film seal that does not peel off easily. I wish I had a sealable silicone lid for some things like soups and stews, but I don't know of anything at the moment. I'm pretty sure the stove is getting too hot to leave the plastic wrap on. I've burned food in pans in small areas a few times, but after a little soaking in water they come off easily. I give these pans 5 stars and think they are worth the money to use in the RoadPro and are a very healthy alternative to aluminum. Go and buy two of these. You will not be disappointed.
