Good quality, bad size.
I have the feeling that the size was not right. Price, quality and color are right. I bought the XL which was said to fit a 20-29 lb dog. My beagle is 25lbs so it should fit but he is huge. The plus size is said to be 11-18 pounds so I can't imagine it would fit. I bet if I had read the reviews someone else would probably have said so!
