Very good product. My feet get swollen because of Chilblains in the winter so I bought these. They are very comfy. I sometimes wear a size 6 so I got a size 7-8 . It fits nicely except it is a bit wide on the opening at the top where you slip in your shoe. But they are really comfortable and soft (it not like its wooly/Fluffy or anything in the foot part) The top part of the shoe is a bit thin (but still fluffy) and my feet get warm after 5 to 10 minutes. To speed up the process I like to throw them in the dryer for a few seconds while I'm brushing my teeth. One thing I did not like was that at the heel counter area of the shoe (you can search for it, it's the back of the shoe that is around your leg.) there is a small tag that scratches your foot sometimes. It's also really hard to cut off so, on one of the shoes I just left it and I got used to it after a month. I would suggest to the company, that they remove that tag or make it easier to cut off. (Their logo is already on two places of the shoe.)Also somehow some crumbs always get into my shoes and make them so uncomfortable. Sometimes I am able to take them out and sometimes not. It usually happens while I am eating a toasted sandwich or any other food with crumbs. But sometimes it happens while I'm not eating anything which is weird. (I then have to take off my shoe and stick my hand it side to feel for a crumb, they sometimes get stuck between the sole and the side of the shoe, and then take it out. Plainly shaking the shoe or banging it against the wall won't work.). Also if your working in an environment where there are small pieces of objects such as wood chips or tiny cut-up napkin pieces if you have a baby, will get stuck to the outside of your shoe. (You can brush them off). But other than that, overall it is a pretty good shoe and my feet haven't been swelling up or itching since I got them!
