My son (1.5 years old) has been in the 100th percentile by weight since birth. His legs are so stocky that it was very difficult to find boots that would fit his ankles. We tried some well-known brands of shoes, but most barely fit his feet and forgot when he wore thick pants (because it's cold and raining). Well it's amazing! They fit, and he can even wear pants underneath! They're pretty light, but he's young, so he doesn't do anything crazy with them. I think we will probably stick with this brand! At least until it gets longer!
