Review on Frankincense Myrrh Incense Sticks Pack by Heather Marie

I have bought these incense sticks twice. The first order was great. The sticks were durable and burned for about 60 minutes each. I used the 'buy again' button when I reordered when my first order started to fall. I don't know if it should be the same article or not. Both orders list the brand as The Enchanted Wilderness Catey13. The second order I received was terrible. The sticks are very thin and need to be lit 4-5 times each. The smell isn't that strong either. I ended up returning a second order and asking for a replacement, but the replacement is just as bad as what I returned. The picture I have attached shows the difference between the first order on the left and the second order on the right. Although the brand is considered the same, 2 orders were sold by 2 different companies. The first order was sold by Planet Products Plus, and then the second order (and replacement) was sold by Halaleveryday. I will also be returning a replacement order. I will ask for a refund and will check regularly to see if they have another seller.
