It keeps crashing. Thermaltake support is useless
I've been trying to get support for this device since February with no satisfactory results. The computer crashes weekly, sometimes several times a day, I've tried disabling the GPU, running memory tests, reinstalling Windows. Even with a different GPU in the machine it fails and the only support Thermaltake offers is GPU swapping. . (no insurance when shipping the GPU and I have to provide my own packaging like the GPU in case I don't have the right shipping box for it) Don't order junk from this company they will support you. case while Revain's return period expires.
