My friend has a broom that has the softest bristle ever. Her broom got left behind by some contractors who had painted her apartment. There was no brand name and since technically she probably should have offered to return it, so we couldn't exactly call them up and ask the brand name. I researched soft bristled brooms and decided uponthe SWOPT. In all fairness, it isn't their fault that their product fell short of what I wanted.
