Review on WorkfloPlus by Ben Diesel

This tool has saved me so much time by automating my day to-day tasks! I can do everything in this system very quickly - it's easy enough for even new employees who have never used any other tools (like WF) before, with all of their capabilities built right into one platform as well. The team at iWorks also responds extremely fast if there are problems or questions about an issue we've had/have been having!! We use multiple applications across our workflows but when something goes wrong within those systems they make sure everyone knows what happened & how long ago etc., which makes things easier than ever once you come back through your daily routine again :) It would be great though if notifications were set up more frequently between some users vs others depending upon availability / permissions levels assigned them individually rather then just setting alerts every 6 hours automatically like now sometimes does happen.. however not too frequent since people tend get annoyed easily ;).
