We can use this solution to do our work in real time instead of waiting for an email or a call, we will know instantly if something changes, it's very useful. I like that it can be used in the office or remotely, so we are able to use it at home as well. It's easy to set up and get started with. I also love that you can have different types of users (Admin, Approver, etc.) for each step of the process, so if one user messes something up, another can easily pick up where they left off.
