The ease of use to set up new documents in our system as well as importing them from other sources like Salesforce or Excel has been very helpful! I dislike that there are times where we have had issues getting files sent through but it's easy enough just go back into your account settings if you need help figuring out what went wrong - they usually get things fixed right away when notified via ticketing/email (which can be hard sometimes because email gets lost). We've used this software since 2014 so far without any major problems at all!! It helps us create invoices quickly using templates which saves time AND money by avoiding printing more than needed while also ensuring quality control over every invoice created here within my organization.
