They don't work with my Android phones

I bought this to use with a car adapter to keep my samsung s8 charged. There are no incompatibilities on the product page, but they don't work. The light on the unit comes on when connected to the car adapter, but when you connect the phones (tried a few) the light goes out. I had to point out the incompatibility.

It is a good selection of school supplies for students, students and teachers, and a good work assistant. Lightweight and just the right size to carry in your laptop bag when traveling
