UPDATE: This is based on a response from customer support. I will definitely try more products from them. They refunded me part of the price just because they didn't fit me and I didn't even have to ask. I would try these because if they don't fit they are easy to swap out. And like I said, the sound quality was great. I may have small ears, but these are the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever had. They are too big and fall out. If they stay, I can only wear them for about 20 minutes before my ears start pounding. The sound quality is good. I just wish they were smaller.
