For the past few years I have used this product to revive some very sick bettas. As far as I know, this is still the gold standard. Just recently my beautiful lava red mochi (named after the volcano) turned almost white from contracting a virus and not eating for almost a month. I was sure he was lost. But with daily doses of this lifesaver and partial water changes every day for a week and then continued daily water changes, he slowly began to recover and regain his color. Now he's excitedly begging for muesli again - still thin, but back in his beautiful color.
