I have been using Sonicare for almost 20 years. I had one of the early models when the toothbrush head had a collar that bolted to the base. I've had 3 replacements since the first model. I had the first model for 6 years, 2001-2007. Replacement for another 6 years, 2007-2013. Third Sonicare, 2013-2018 that brings me to this last one. From August 2018 to January 2020. Yes, that's right, in December it started to falter, in January it completely stopped. So I was expecting a much better lifespan than 1 year and 5 months. Especially with the inflated price for all the bells and whistles. I think I'll try to cover Sonicare under warranty now that I have a little more time to do consumer politics. It should still be under warranty but dealing with the Sonicare warranty website is quite tricky. I think now that I have time I'll take care of it.
