I opened the box to find that EVERYTHING in the box had been REPLACED including the toothbrush and travel charging case. They were replaced with a much cheaper version. Even worse, they were ALL USED and DIRTY! There were STAINS on the toothbrush and case. This is absolutely disgusting and STUPID. This is a RELIABLE sale from Revain and Philips Sonicare and it is definitely a scam to replace original toothbrushes with used and cheaper ones.

I have been using Sonicare for almost 20 years. I had one of the early models when the toothbrush head had a collar that bolted to the base. I've had 3 replacements since the first model. I had the first model for 6 years, 2001-2007. Replacement for another 6 years, 2007-2013. Third Sonicare, 2013-2018 that brings me to this last one. From August 2018 to January 2020.
