I was very excited to buy this toothbrush after reading the reviews it has to be the best on the market. In the beginning it worked and worked well, I didn't notice much difference in cleanliness but brushing my teeth became easier. After 9 months it stopped working, garbage accumulated on the power button and on the head. Now let's imagine: this is a toothbrush whose purpose is to work with water and toothpaste. I cleaned and dried it after each use, apparently it didn't help. a $240 electric toothbrush that breaks due to using water and a toothbrush, what a joke! The design just seems flawed, I'm sure the correct way to go about this is to place waterproof buttons where dirt cannot collect behind the buttons. I contacted Philips who refused to issue a refund. Just a replacement. But the catch is that the warranty starts with the first purchase, which means I have 1 year left. I'm sure it will happen again, they will replace it until my warranty expires (2 years from date of purchase). I tried to get a refund from Revain who also disappointed me and didn't provide any help. I urge you to stay away from this product and buy a cheaper one if it doesn't last, at least you didn't spend $240.
