I was very excited when I bought this toothbrush, I was ready for the oral hygiene game. However, since the product was delivered on January 3rd, it completely stopped working. The toothbrush will not turn on and will not charge. The contact seller link is gone so I'm stuck with a $250 paperweight. I will no longer use a Philips toothbrush. While the toothbrush was running, it was difficult to connect to the app and it seemed like the app still had some bugs to fix. Think twice before paying that much for that particular toothbrush.
