Great replacement and easy installation.

Slightly thinner than the original but works perfectly. I took extra steps to separate the grip and filled it completely with clean silicone, installed and reinstalled. I am satisfied it looks and performs like a GE OEM. If you have any questions, you can find instructions on YouTube.
