I didn't write great reviews but this product and seller deserve it. Read the full story below which hopefully should give you a good idea of the product but most importantly the customer service AESTHETICS --- A choice I considered before purchasing this case. probably should have bought an apple smart case. It had some nice features like connecting to Smart Connectors etc. However, I wasn't sure if it would offer any protection if the iPad was dropped from even a small height. As you know, for some reason these technical things tend to fall at an angle and that's obviously why I hesitated. The reason I chose an Apple keyboard was simply to "show off" to customers - i.e. H. Apple tax! I ended up buying this case which turned out to be very nice. It gets dirty when dust gets into the grooves, but this is easily remedied by wiping the cover from time to time. I got the best of both worlds with this keyboard. Now everyone's choice will be different, but for me the price was important and I believe that by purchasing this case I've achieved my goal! QUALITY ----------- The product came in a very nice packaging. With plenty of foam protection to avoid damage in transit. It took me 5 minutes to assemble! The case was solid and the keyboard is very small but very comfortable to type on with no lag. That's why I started using the iPad 12.9" as my mini warrior laptop, leaving my Macbook Pro behind. Protect your iPad! The iPad sits in a cutout and is therefore protected from all 4 corners. The Case has a slot under the main pocket to keep your Apple Pencil secure You can also charge your Apple Pencil without taking your iPad out of the case I had very minor 2 issues that don't deserve to be started, but be aware: a) I chose the screen cover on my iPad. But the screen cover peels away from the edges when inserted into the case. The case basically lifts the screen protector. so the seller actually has one screen protector, just a little smaller than other screen protectors that do FULLY protect the iPad. Another small note I have is that if you place the Apple Penc il open and close c (meaning the pen is not in its slot), the pen tends to fall off without warning! That's how I lost my Apple Pencil and knowing how expensive it is, I was a little worried. But as long as you put your pencil in a safe slot before you move out or go out, you'll be fine. CUSTOMER SERVICE --------- --------- And now the main reason I decided to review this product. Because the keyboard is detachable and the cover can be used as is, I once accidentally left the keyboard on the bed, hidden under the sheets. Later, without realizing it, my wife pushed something down while picking something up off the floor. Unfortunately, the keyboard broke in the middle due to short and pointed plastic parts. I threw away the keyboard to avoid cuts. I was visibly upset that the keyboard was broken. I was almost ready to order another one of these but thought let me contact the seller to see if they could just sell me a replacement keyboard which hopefully would be cheaper than buying the whole case again. To my surprise, although it was our fault, the seller understood the situation and offered to send a replacement cover along with the keyboard as they don't sell the keyboard separately. By the way, I would advise them to sell them separately so that I can store the keyboards in different places (home, work, etc.). Anyway, going back to my experience, after a few emails to verify the address etc, they sent me the cover for free. I was completely blown away by the customer service and have never experienced anything like this from Revain. Suffice to say it made my day.
