I need a card holder for Uno, Mille Bornes and other draw and drop deck card games. Luckily I wasn't specifically looking for a rotating card holder because this holder just doesn't do it. I knew it was likely by reading the reviews before buying it. If you think you have to push hard on the holder to rotate it, make sure it rotates, but actually it should rotate relatively smoothly without much effort. Other reviewers commented that it would be crooked if there were too many cards on a page, but I haven't found that to be a problem so far. Clear acrylic is strong and this item would need to be hit hard to crack. Again, I was just looking for a draw/reset card holder so I think it works fine, but if you need it to flip/rotate you'll probably be disappointed.
