must return if defective before they will replace
Two of the three leonlites work great for the past few months, but with latest rain, one shorted out. Vendor says I can send back for potential defect and exchange for new one, but asking electrician to come and remove it and then come back and replace is two trips, and it's high up on a ladder. Would prefer to order new one and then electrician makes one trip to remove and replace, but then vendor won't consider crediting if defective. I don't understand this policy. Good light, poor customer service.
