I love that this item comes with a power cord that attaches to the peanut. I didn't want to rely solely on batteries to use it, but I wish they had the option to unplug the power cord and rely on batteries for a moment to make it easier to bypass my 2 year old's ears. It would be super convenient. I had to choose between this one and another I've only seen on battery power. I had to choose this one, if it had both options it would be perfect. If that doesn't bother you, then this thing is perfect. I use them to cut my son's and my husband's hair. Super sharp and doesn't get hot when in use.
