I like that it allows you to see all of your tickets at once, giving me peace of mind knowing they are organized. It is also very user friendly for our clients who have no IT experience. The only thing I don't like about this software is its inability to keep track if someone has left an email open or not. Also sometimes we cannot use solvpath because there is too many people logged into one account with out permission from customer service. We solve problems such as ticketing management and organization, time tracking, invoicing etc.

- Allows multiple users in different locations working together seamlessly without issues.
- Makes life easier when managing client accounts/issues while keeping everything secure by having full control over what each employee can do within their own assigned areas;
- Ability To Track Time And Expenses With A Single Click!
