Unfortunately, I can't recommend the nabi tablet to anyone! We have had several tablets over the years and love our Samsung tablets. Thought to try something new with nabis - big mistake! We bought a nabi XD 32GB and after less than 6 months it would no longer turn on and charge. We called Nabis and they said to send it in for repair or replacement - note we had to pay for shipping. Four weeks later still no word, no tablet. I called to check the status and they said it would be a few more days. The week 5 tablet comes in the mail, but it's the same broken tablet that we sent out - not repaired. I called again to find out what was wrong and they said send it back and they will replace it - note: they paid for shipping this time. About 2 weeks later we receive a refurbished tablet in the mail that is half the size of our XD. We call again to find out what's going on and are told they're out of XD to ship. Lucky, as a drowned man!
