I’m glad this spinner luggage piece has worked for some travelers. But I’m not even going to try it and will be returning it for a refund. Why? It’s larger than advertised, and it’s larger than what American Airlines advises can be brought as carry-on luggage (per AA, carry-ons shouldn’t exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches). This suitcase is 1.5” too tall, .25” too wide and .5” too deep. It just misses on every measure, and forcing the flexible carry handle down doesn’t make the height within the acceptable 22”.I’m not about to try and take this piece of luggage on board only to find it will have to be checked to the tune of $100 USD round-trip.So, three questions:1. For the seller of this item - why do you provide an incorrect size (for all 3 measures) of this piece in your listing? For the manufacturer of this item (Rockland):2. Why does the box this product ships in state the size is 20” when it’s really 23.5”?3. Why manufacture a suitcase that almost meets the FAA’s (and AA’s) size requirements, but is between 1/4 and 1 1/2 inches too large for all three measurements? Surely you know what the size requirements are. I don’t understand why you would possibly and needlessly cost your customers $50, $100 or more in forced baggage check fees.
