So far so good. The setup was pretty easy, but there were some weird bugs I had to figure out. Advantages. The board layout is really good, it's one of the few boards I've seen with an AIO pump head. It's a great successor to the V 990FX scope that it replaced. The performance seems really good. Haven't gotten around to overclocking my 1800x yet, but will upgrade when I do. Flashing the BIOS is very easy with a flash drive, and the extras that come with the board are pretty good. Given the price of this MOBO.Con, I would like something more. The BIOS installed on this board sucks! no exaggeration. When I first installed Windows, I thought something was wrong with the board. There were weird system crashes and really weird instabilities. After updating to 1701 Bios all this is gone and everything is fine. Another thing that left me a bit disappointed is the built-in SATA raid controller. It's really awful, it only works with paired identical drives and only supports an even number of drives in raid 0. I ended up using my adaptec raid controller to set up a 3-way raid 0, no big deal, but my build doesn't like it clean anymore. Spring. After all, it doesn't look quite like the old board she replaced. crosshair v
