Easy integration with our system, very flexible reporting capabilities, easy call routing through out office locations as well as internal agents/customer service reps. The ability to create custom rules within each location also makes it easier when training new employees or transferring from one department into another at my current employer. I have not found anything so far which has annoyed me about this software but there are some minor issues here and there such as having to re-enter information more than once during setup, sometimes taking too long between fields being filled. We use this software primarily because we can route all incoming phone calls directly where they need to be routed depending upon what city state or country code they enter into their caller ID device. This saves us time by eliminating wasted minutes spent trying to find someone who knows how to process those requests.
