In this case, I can't find anything wrong with the main product. Good compatibility. Additions such as silicone holders and pads are more of an afterthought, although they show a desire to meet customer needs. I use this unit on an old road bike with 25.4mm (1") handlebars. The mount fits fairly well. The handlebar clamp with spacer holds effectively. I run the mount without the silicone mount and the adjuster screw doesn't seem to tighten I would be more worried if riding off road or on a motorbike It would be better if the silicone mount was made specifically for this mount I can add something to seal the threads later if the phone starts to slip I am currently using a caseless Moto E4 in this mount and it fits perfectly Overall the product is worth the price.
