My 7 year old was wearing these shoes for a month when I noticed the fabric on the sides was worn. Pediped's customer service refused any help as the product was not ordered directly from them. Revain's salesman, Zappos, also refused to do anything. Therefore, any issues with this shoe will not be resolved until Revain issues you a return label. The shoes are cute but Pediped is not responsible for the quality of their brand and they do nothing if there are any issues when ordering the product through Revain. A month of wear just isn't worth $50.
