I am happy to assess myself at the beginning of a long journey to lose weight. I had no idea what the measurements were and was embarrassed to ask a friend to see those numbers. Although there is a very good illustration of how to use this, it's a bit more complicated in person. But after a try or two, here are my thoughts: Download the Renpho app, open it and prepare it on the weight page, but click on the girth section at the top of the page. Make sure your BT is activated on your phone. Leave the app open. Start with the ribbon forming a loop or circle at the bottom of the machine and work your way up or down into the loop. Position the device so you can see the numbers and press the gray tension button on the side until it is just right. Then press the check mark button on the front of the device. The results are transferred directly to the body part field of your choice and can be saved at the end. You can even add your own custom body part! The only potential downside for some might be that the band only goes up to 60 inches. Obese people will most likely not benefit from this purchase until they lose weight. However, I consider it a revolutionary tool for those who care about their health. In combination with the Renpho scale and the application, you can get the maximum benefit. I'm glad I bought it!
